The resort features 243 guestrooms, suites, and villas. The spacious deluxe guestrooms feature a contemporary design gently blended with elegant Thai style. The deluxe rooms are split between two wings. The "family wing" is adjacent to the family pool and children's facilities, while the "spa wing" is adjacent to Le Spa, the fitness centre, and the spa pool. Le Méridien Khao Lak Beach & Spa Resort offers Deluxe rooms equipped for the physically challenged. These rooms feature a wheelchair accessible shower room with railings and shower seat.

Located on the second and third floor, the suite features teak flooring, a 40 square metre bedroom with en suite bathroom and a 40 square metre lounge with dining area, kitchenette, and guest bathroom. The en suite bathroom has a bathtub, rain shower stall, and a his-and-hers vanity. The living area leads onto a private balcony with views of the pool or garden.

The Royal Suite is ideal for a family of four and features teak flooring, a master bedroom, a twin-bed bedroom, a large family room, and a kitchenette with refrigerator and electric stove. The resort’s various villas range in size and amenities, and include the Lagoon Villa, the Pool Villa, the Oceanfront Pool Villa, the Deluxe Oceanfront Pool Villa and Oceanfront Residential Pool VIlla. All villas feature teak floors, a range of indoor and outdoor spaces, inside and outdoor rain showers, and en suite bathrooms with large bathtubs, all of the villas provide ample privacy and comfort.

The 80 sq.m. Lagoon Spa Villa includes a patio and is situated within a lush garden beside the lagoon.

The Pool Villa features an 80 square metre bedroom and a 120 sq.m. enclosed garden with a private pool and gazebo.

The Oceanfront Pool Villa includes an 80 sq.m. bedroom and a 170 sq.m. private garden with a pool, Jacuzzi, gazebo, private sundeck, and direct beach access, including a view of the Andaman Sea.

The Deluxe Oceanfront Pool Villa includes an 80 sq.m. bedroom with a 154 sq.m. living room and a 250 sq.m. private patio and garden with a private pool, Jacuzzi, gazebo, private sundeck, and direct beach access.
