Khuk Khak Beach is a 5 km strip of sand between Bang Niang and Pakarang Cape. Featuring only a couple resorts, tucked among the pine trees and palm groves, Khuk Khak Beach seems to mark the end of civilization and the beginning of endless lengths of peace and quiet.
Following the signs from Khuk Khak Village to the beach of the same name, jump off the main road on any trail that leads towards the water and enjoy the tranquility of isolation. You’re more likely to encounter local fisherman going about their business than other travellers here.

Khuk Khak Beach Highlights
The feeling of being far away from everything is really strong when coming to Khuk Khak Beach. Most of the ways to get to the beach are dirt tracks that wind through a landscape of fields, ponds, coconut groves and patches of woodland. There are only a few hotels by the sand, most of them offering luxury comforts in rather wild settings. Properties include The Haven Khao Lak, JW Marriott Khao Lak and Khao Lak South Sea.
Khuk Khak Beach is also famous for its beach restaurants, the best of them being Memories Beach Bar, which is towards the northern end of the beach, just before Pakarang Cape. There's a good choice of other venues, such as Rimlay 2, Sunset, Friendship, and Lay, just to name a few. During low season (from May to November), Khuk Khak Beach is known as a great surfing spot, especially in its northern part.
